Scope of Services: Construction Management and Inspection Services

Project Description:

	Project scope included approximately 55,000 LF of PVC recycled water pipeline ranging in size from 8 to 30 inches, associated valves, hydrants, blow-off and air-relief valve assemblies and incidental work
	CSG provided constructability review during design process and bid assistance and evaluation during procurement process
	During construction CSG provided construction management and inspection services to complete this highly visible and publicized project safely and efficiently in Bay Mud within congested roadways; administered the contracts, provided coordination, construction oversight and inspection; coordinated a significant public outreach effort and project schedules
	The City obtained necessary approvals and permits but during construction, the CM team was required to ensure permit conditions and regulatory requirements (including coordination with the RWQCB) were met
